At Fresory, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
You may return most items purchased from Fresory within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer care team at support@fresory.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly noted on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fresory.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the indicated time frame, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fresory.com.
